Thoughts & Inspiration

Well, after 2 wonderful weeks visiting family, friends, and supporters we arrived home safely last night at about 1:00am. We spent the past week or so in Dallas, TX and wrapped up our holiday travels with a short 48 hour trip to Norman, OK.

In addition to taking in a OKC Thunder basketball game with my sister and brother-in-law we caught up with numerous friends and participated in the weekend services at Generations Church. It’s always a joy and honor to help lead Generations in worship along side of the Generations Church worship band, many of whom I have worshipped with for nearly 10 years. Heather recorded video of the songs “Counting On God” and “Famous One” which I hope to get uploaded for you to check out in a separate post later today.
Today we are very tired but are happy to get back in the swing of things here in Gainesville. We are so excited to pick up Maeby this afternoon and to have our little family back together again. We are also looking forward to a new seasons of ministry with AIM, the youth band, the students we mentor, our small group, and the youth club.

We are grateful for the many ways our family, friends, and supporters blessed us these past two weeks. The encouragement, prayers, and unexpected gifts were such a blessing and have helped prepare us for our next season of ministry and life together. We invite you to pray with us about where God will lead us in the new year as we seek God’s best for our lives.

Blessings,
Chad, Heather, and Maeby.

  1. It was great to see you two. Glad you made it back safely. As always, it was a total blast rocking for God with you at the helm. I believe we are gonna have to incorporate Counting on God into the song rotation. That song was so fun to play! I think I even saw Michele and Gay getting happy feets lol.
